Job summary
John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Lead to drive technical leadership of MEP and building services within a defined sector of projects in Limerick, Ireland. The role reports to the MEP Director and ensures delivery of high-quality, safe and compliant systems across multiple sites.

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
- Professional membership with a recognised body desirable.
- Significant experience in MEP leadership within construction.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and leadership for MEP engineering and building services activities across projects.
- Oversee design, installation, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure integration of MEP with structural, architectural and civil works.
- Review key technical documents for contractual and statutory compliance.
- Monitor project performance, risk and compliance for MEP activities.
- Support regional managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Implement best-practice processes for technical delivery and design coordination.
- Lead investigations into technical incidents and share lessons learned.
- Mentor regional managers and senior technical staff.
- Promote knowledge sharing and ongoing professional development.
- Engage with clients, consultants and regulators to meet technical requirements.
- Provide strategic technical risk insights to leadership.
