Access places temporary clinical staff with healthcare providers across Ireland, offering a recruitment-driven role with a pay structure that rewards every placement. You will join a target-led environment where training is provided and a merit-based progression path exists.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Lettings Negotiator or similar role.
• Confidence on the phone, doing cold outreach, handling objections, and negotiating.

Responsibilities

• You make the calls, handle objections, and bring two sides to an agreement.
• Recruitment process analogies: landlords as clients, tenants as candidates, viewings as interviews.
