Zusammenfassung

ICE Group in Galway seeks a Recruitment Specialist – Healthcare to drive permanent placements of international healthcare professionals. You will manage the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing to client relations, while meeting weekly KPIs and SLAs.

You will source candidates across multiple sectors, coordinate onboarding and relocation for international hires, and ensure compliance with visas and occupational health requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to international markets.
• Excellent candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networks.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Highly organized, results-driven and KPI-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS systems (JobAdder an advantage).

Aufgaben

• Source high-calibre candidates across Healthcare, Environmental, Finance, IT and Office sectors.
• Execute candidate attraction strategies via ATS, LinkedIn, boards, eShots and networking.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing.
• Deliver excellent candidate experiences with updates and interview prep.
• Oversee onboarding and compliance for international healthcare candidates.
• Coordinate relocation processes and visa/health requirements.
