Job summary

Access Healthcare is seeking energetic events professionals to become Recruitment Consultants in Dublin. You will recruit healthcare professionals, get them cleared to work, and book them onto shifts across our clients. Full training is provided, and leaders started in this seat.

You’ll work on a Monday–Friday, on-site in Dublin 2, with uncapped commission on every shift booked. This role offers a clear path to career growth and a chance to build a meaningful impact in staffing healthcare

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in events, hospitality events, venues, exhibitions or conferences, or similar.
• Strong communicators who stay calm when things move fast.
• Resilience and ownership: you solve problems instead of passing them on.
• EU passport or Stamp 4 visa (we can’t provide sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Reviews CVs and calls healthcare professionals to find the right fit for our clients.
• Guides them through onboarding, training and certification so they can work in healthcare.
• Books them on shifts across our clients.
• Earns commission on every shift.
