Bridge House Hotel & Leisure Club in Tullamore is seeking a friendly Leisure Club Receptionist to join our busy team. You will be the first point of contact for members and hotel guests, delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring smooth day-to-day reception operations.

The role requires experience in a hotel or leisure setting, strong communication and admin skills, and familiarity with membership or booking systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel, leisure club, gym or spa reception environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Experience using membership or booking systems; knowledge of Leisure Club, Fitness or wellness services.
• Competent in using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Welcome members and hotel guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Check in members and guests using the leisure club management system.
• Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Promote leisure club memberships, classes, and hotel facilities.
• Process memberships, bookings, and payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with bookings for fitness classes, swimming lessons, and personal training.
• Work closely with the leisure club team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

Role Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Leisure Club Receptionist to join our busy Hotel Leisure Club team.
