Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Leisure Club Attendant to join our team in Ireland. You will receive training through the Dalata Academy to develop essential skills and opportunities for growth within the group.

Reporting to the Club Vitae Manager/Supervisor, you will help ensure a safe and efficient environment for club members while supporting marketing efforts and delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours; mornings/evenings and weekends.
• Pool lifeguard certification and First Aid are essential.
• NCEF qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team and progress in your career.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for members, dealing with queries in person, by phone/email.
• Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours.
• Assist the Club Manager in the marketing/upselling of the club.
• Carry out general cleaning duties.
• Administer membership enquiries and complete the sale with the customer.
