Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland seeks a Leisure Club Attendant to greet members, answer queries and help run the club during opening hours. You will support upselling and marketing efforts, while ensuring a safe, clean environment and smooth member service.

Training through the Dalata Academy will develop your skills and promote from within. A flexible schedule, lifeguard certification and First Aid are required, with opportunities to build a long-term hospitality career.

Qualificações

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings/evenings/weekends.
• Pool lifeguard certification and First Aid are essential.
• NCEF qualification or the equivalent is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for members, answering queries in person, by phone or email.
• Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours.
• Assist the Club Manager in marketing and upselling the club.
• Carry out general cleaning duties.
• Administer membership enquiries and complete the sale with the customer.

Reporting to the Club Vitae Manager/Supervisor, the Leisure Club Attendant will assist in providing a safe and efficient environment for club members.

Your Job
