Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Leisure Club Attendant to join our team in Ireland. You will be the first point of contact for members, answering queries in person, by phone or email, and you will help ensure the club runs smoothly during opening hours.

You will support the Club Manager with marketing and upselling initiatives, while performing general cleaning duties and handling membership enquiries with customers. A team-based, friendly environment is emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required.
• Flexibility in working hours includes mornings/evenings and weekends.
• Pool lifeguard certification and First Aid are essential.
• NCEF qualification (or equivalent) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for members, handling queries in person, by phone or email.
• Ensure the club runs smoothly during opening hours.
• Assist the Club Manager with marketing and upselling of the club.
• Carry out general cleaning duties to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Administer membership inquiries and complete sales with customers.

Reporting to the Club Vitae Manager/Supervisor, the Leisure Club Attendant will assist in providing a safe and efficient environment for club members.

Your Job

• Act as the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone/email
