Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Galway is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet guests on arrival, register them and handle payments, and respond to inquiries about in-house facilities and local attractions. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, communicate clearly, work independently, stay calm under pressure, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient front desk.

Experience in a 3- to 4-star hotel is desirable but not essential, with development opportunities through our Dalata
