Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc invites applications for a Leisure Centre Supervisor to ensure smooth operation of our on-site leisure facilities, delivering high standards of guest service and supervising a small team.

You will support training, rostering and HR issues, implement SOPs, and drive sales while modelling exemplary customer service across all areas. Eligibility to work in Ireland and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of previous experience as a Leisure Centre supervisor is essential.
• Be eligible to work legally in Ireland and must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Fully qualified and certified Fitness Instructor (if applicable to role).
• Fully qualified and certified Lifeguard (cert in date) - desirable but not essential.
• Certified in Occupational First Aid - desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the leisure centre operation.
• Ensure the best levels of customer care within the property.
• Support employees with training and development, employee engagement and any HR issues.
• To help implement and maintain the highest standard operating procedures for all service areas.
• Recruitment and rostering of staff to business levels.
• Drive sales and role model exemplary customer service for all items.
