Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Leisure Club Attendant in Ireland. You will receive training through our Dalata Academy and join a friendly team. You will help provide a safe, efficient environment for club members and support the Club Manager with marketing and sales activities.

The role requires pool-related certifications and a commitment to high cleanliness and safety standards, with opportunities for development within the Dalata Academy.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekends.
• Lifeguard and First Aid certifications are essential, with NCEF qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for members, handling queries in person, by phone or email.
• Ensure the club runs smoothly during opening hours.
• Assist the Club Manager in marketing and upselling the club.
• Carry out general cleaning duties and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Perform regular poolside safety checks and adhere to health and safety rules.
• Record pool safety, water quality and facility checks accurately.
• Monitor pool activity and respond promptly to hazards or unsafe behavior.
• Handle membership enquiries and complete sales with customers.
