Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the leisure centre and the highest level of customer care across our Irish properties.

You will support training and engagement, implement SOPs, and recruit and roster staff to meet business needs while driving sales with outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of previous experience as a Leisure Centre supervisor.
• Be eligible to work in Ireland and fluent in English.
• Fully qualified and certified Fitness Instructor.
• Lifeguard certification and First Aid certification.</n>
• Pool Plant Room operator certification is desirable.
• Reps Ireland Registration.
• Able to work a mix of shifts Mon-Sun 06:30-22:00.

Your Job

• Drive sales and role model exemplary customer service for all items.

What You’ll Need

• Knowledge and experience of using the Invoice system
• 6 months of previous experience as a Leisure Centre supervisor is essential
• Be eligible to work legally in Ireland and must be fluent in written and spoken English
• Fully qualified and certified Fitness Instructor
• Fully qualified and certified Lifeguard (cert in date)
• Certified in Occupational First Aid (cert in date) - desirable but not essential
• Certified Pool Plant Room operator (cert in date) - desirable but not essential
• Reps Ireland Registration
• Available to work a mix of shifts from Monday to Sunday 06:30 - 22:00.
