Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated fitness professional to lead personal and group training, delivering high-quality service at the Leisure Centre. You will engage with staff and members, deliver diverse classes, and uphold club standards.

The role emphasises growth in revenue, community presence, and customer experience, with opportunities to advance through internal Dalata Academy initiatives and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified personal trainer or fitness instructor from a recognised fitness course provider.
• Lifeguard qualification is an advantage; willing to undertake training if not held.
• In-depth knowledge of nutrition and motivational techniques.

Responsabilités

• Grow personal training and group training revenue year on year.
• Build relationships with staff and members and maintain a local presence.
• Teach a variety of exercise classes.
• Maintain high presentation standards in Club Vitae.
• Ensure high level of customer service at all times.
• Assist the manager in monitoring memberships and renewals.
• Follow Health and Safety regulations in the Leisure Centre.
• Be the first point of contact for members (in person, phone, email).
• Ensure smooth running of the club during opening hours.
• Assist Club Manager with marketing/upselling of the club.
• Carry out general cleaning duties.
