Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland in Longford is seeking a part-time guest services assistant to help guests book activities, hire equipment and enjoy our leisure spaces. You’ll be joining a welcoming team and contributing to memorable breaks for guests.

This role includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays with a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a four-week period, plus Sunday premium pay where applicable. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Warm, friendly and genuine approach to guests and colleagues.
• Confident using IT systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage activity bookings and hire out sports equipment.
• Assist guests with enquiries and ensure equipment safety checks.
• Operate bowling lanes and support the pottery studio.
