Job summary

Lex Consultancy is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join a leading Medical Negligence team on a permanent basis. You will provide high-level support to the team, including direct support at Partner level, in a fast-paced environment to keep matters moving and deliver exceptional administrative and client support.

Your ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience, ideally in healthcare or medical negligence, and a track record in a commercial firm supporting partners.

Qualifications

• Substantial litigation experience, preferably healthcare/medical negligence
• Commercial law firm experience supporting at Partner level
• Excellent attention to detail and document formatting skills
• Proficient in case management and billing software

Responsibilities

• Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal correspondence, court documents and briefs
• Assisting with management of complex litigation files and medical negligence claims
• Diary management, meeting coordination and organizing travel arrangements
• Monitoring court deadlines, preparing court bundles and maintaining document filing systems
• Assisting with billing processes, including timesheets and monthly invoicing
• Providing general administrative support to the broader team as required
