Job summary

You will manage document workflows, maintain precedents, and liaise with internal teams and external counsel to ensure timely progression of legal matters.

Qualifications include a law degree or paralegal certification with relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

• Organized individual who is able to multitask and who has strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organise legal files with accurate version control and execution workflow.
• Prepare draft correspondence and standard form documents for review by the legal team.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to progress documentation and coordinate across multiple mandates.
