Primark Stores Limited is seeking a Legal Counsel for the Supply Chain function in Ireland. You’ll draft, negotiate, and advise on supply chain, logistics, warehousing, transport and technology agreements that support Primark's global operations.

You will partner with procurement and operations to provide pragmatic legal guidance on strategic initiatives, and deliver risk-based advice that balances commercial aims with regulatory demands.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Ability to provide clear, commercially pragmatic legal advice that supports business objectives while managing risk.
• Experience contributing to complex commercial projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong legal judgement and attention to detail.

• Provide Commercially Focused Legal Advice: Deliver clear, pragmatic and risk-based legal advice that balances commercial objectives with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support Innovation and Regulatory Change: Advise stakeholders on the legal impact of emerging legislation, industry developments and innovations affecting logistics, warehousing and the movement of goods.
• Influence Stakeholders and Drive Outcomes: Build trusted relationships across the business, becoming a key legal partner who supports effective decision-making at both strategic and operational levels.
• Enhance Legal Operations and Best Practice: Contribute to process improvements within the legal function, manage external legal counsel where required, and champion efficient, high-quality legal support across the business.

What You’ll Bring
