Ryanair Ltd. in Dublin seeks a Legal Counsel specializing in commercial disputes and contracts to provide maternity cover from January to December 2027. You will work with a skilled team, draft and negotiate B2B contracts, and advise on risk, performance, termination and dispute resolution.

The role requires an LL.M in EU law, 5+ years PQE, fluency in English, and excellent drafting and communication skills. The position is based at Ryanair's Dublin HQ with collaboration with Madrid colleagues.

Qualifications

• LL.M in EU law is required.
• 5+ years PQE in commercial disputes and contracts.
• Experience drafting and negotiating B2B contracts.
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage commercial disputes across Ryanair’s network.
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on B2B contracts with suppliers and partners.
• Advise business teams on contractual rights, obligations and risk, including performance, termination and dispute resolution.
• Draft and review legal briefs and correspondence.
• Interact with and manage outside counsel.
