Job summary

Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline group, is seeking a Legal Counsel to cover commercial disputes and B2B contracts on a fixed-term basis in Dublin. The role sits with the Legal & Regulatory Affairs Department, based at HQ in Dublin and collaborating with teams in Dublin and Madrid.

You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, advise on risk and dispute resolution, manage outside counsel, and contribute to a fast-paced network.

Qualifications

• LL.M in EU law is required.
• 5+ years PQE in commercial disputes and B2B contracts.
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability January–December 2027.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial disputes across Ryanair’s network.
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on B2B contracts with suppliers and partners.
• Advise business teams on contractual rights, obligations and risk.
• Draft and review legal briefs and correspondence.
• Interact with and manage outside counsel.
