Ryanair seeks a Legal Counsel for Commercial Disputes & Contracts to provide maternity cover from January to December 2027. This full-time role is based at Ryanair's HQ in Dublin, working closely with colleagues in Dublin and Madrid.

You will draft, review and negotiate B2B contracts, advise on contractual rights and risks, and manage disputes with suppliers and partners. Strong EU law background and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• LL.M in EU law required.
• 5+ years of PQE in commercial disputes and contracts.
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, show initiative and hit the ground running.
• Availability for January–December 2027.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage commercial disputes across Ryanair’s network.
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on B2B contracts with suppliers and partners.
• Advise business teams on contractual rights, obligations and risk, including performance and dispute resolution.
• Draft and review legal briefs and correspondence.
• Interact with and manage outside counsel.
