Job summary

Huawei Ireland Research Centre is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to drive development of next-generation content intelligence systems with a focus on generative vision and video. You will explore image/video generation, controllable content editing, and multimodal understanding, turning research into scalable prototypes with product relevance.

The role accommodates various levels of industry experience; level and scope will be calibrated based on depth, capability, and experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in CS/AI or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on in image/video generation, generative modelling, multimodal learning, or 3D vision.
• Strong Python programming skills and deep learning frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement state-of-the-art generative vision methods.
• Prototype algorithms for image/video generation and editing.
• Explore controllability, temporal/spatial consistency, and quality improvements.
