This is a senior, hands-on UX role with responsibility for looking across multiple digital products and services and ensuring they work together as a connected, intuitive end-to-end user journey, rather than as individual standalone products.
The successful candidate will provide UX leadership across a portfolio of digital services, with a particular focus on end-to-end citizen journeys, experience cohesion, user research and continuous UX improvement.
You will work closely with product, design and delivery teams, identifying pain points and gaps across services and providing evidence-based recommendations to improve the overall user experience.
