Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; 5+ years in analyzing and debugging analog/digital circuits.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital devices; proficiency in C/C++/Visual Basic; scan test experience.
• Experience designing multi-site hardware and software test solutions for Automated Test Equipment.
• Familiarity with Orcad and Cadence Allegro.
• Unix operating system knowledge and lab instrumentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop product test solutions for High Performance Analog / Mixed Signal ICs.
• Design, develop and debug multi-site test HW/SW for characterization, qualification and production.
• Define test methodologies, test plans, modes, SCAN and IDDq test.
• Define schematics; collaborate with layout engineers on PCB multi-site test HW.
• Debug test programs, correlate production tests to bench measurements, transfer to offshore sites.
• Engage and support manufacturing to maintain yield and quality post-release.
• Participate in New Product Development Teams and evaluate new test systems.
• Manage project schedules aligning with product introductions and release dates.
• Contribute as a motivated team player willing to do whatever it takes.
