Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan is seeking a Site Manager for a new build residential project in Limerick. The role oversees day-to-day site operations, coordinates staff and subcontractors, and ensures quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while aligning with the project programme.

Permanent role with a salary DOE €75k–€85k for the Irish market. Excellent organisational and communication skills are required to succeed in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager for a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Experience on new build residential projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of current building regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, site teams and multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Checking plans, drawings and supervision of subcontractors across the project.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site.
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme.
• Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.
