Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a Site Agent to join our civils project team on a site in the West of Ireland. The role focuses on supervising earthworks, road pavements, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

The successful candidate will review designs, prepare method statements, manage staff, and liaise with the project team and client to deliver high-quality works on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design review of earthworks and pavement works to meet contract requirements.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments.
• Coordinate staff development and supervise earthworks construction.
• Review ongoing works quality and compliance with standards.
• Assist with tender reviews and procurement documentation.
• Attend progress meetings with clients and internal teams.
