Job summary

G MASS Consulting seeks a Salesforce Product Manager to lead the build-out of a Salesforce Centre of Excellence within a global financial services firm. You will own Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud, align roadmap with business priorities, and collaborate with architects, developers and senior stakeholders across regions.

The role combines strong Salesforce product knowledge with commercial acumen to deliver measurable value for sales, client services and marketing,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience, with focus on Salesforce
• Strong hands-on background in Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud
• Marketing Cloud experience across journeys, campaigns and automation
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modelling, reporting and integration
• Background in financial services, ideally asset management, fund services, or capital markets

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end product ownership of Sales/Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Shape and prioritise the Salesforce roadmap with senior stakeholders
• Convert business needs into scalable platform solutions meeting regulatory requirements
• Manage integrations between Salesforce, the client portal, and wider data systems
• Drive user adoption through training, enablement, and engagement with business teams
• Maintain data quality and reporting accuracy for sound commercial decision-making
• Explore and introduce Data Cloud, Einstein/AI, and advanced analytics
• Establish and maintain platform standards across regions and teams
• Contribute to release planning, testing, and UAT to ensure reliable delivery
• Act as go-to Salesforce expert and mentor for juniors and administrators
