Job summary

Citco is seeking a Product Manager to drive Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud, improving client engagement and enabling data‑driven decision making.

You will bridge business and technology within Citco's Salesforce Center of Excellence, guiding delivery, governance and adoption with architects, admins, developers and stakeholders, in a collaborative Dublin-based team. This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business and technology to leverage Salesforce for client engagement and data-driven decision making.
• Shape and deliver Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Drive adoption, platform governance and business value within the Salesforce CoE.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Citco’s Client Experience team as a Product Manager focused on Salesforce. In this role, you will shape and deliver Salesforce capabilities across Sales/Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud, driving adoption, platform governance, and business value.

You will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring Salesforce is leveraged to improve client engagement, streamline sales and marketing processes, and enable data-driven decision-making.

THE TEAM

Citco’s Client Experience team is building a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) to standardize, scale, and innovate Salesforce across the firm. This team works closely with architects, administrators, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.

As a Product Manager, you will help guide Salesforce delivery, strengthen adoption, and ensure alignment with global business objectives.
