Job summary

G MASS is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to lead the build-out of a new Salesforce Centre of Excellence within a leading global financial services firm. You will own CRM and marketing platforms, set product direction, and deliver measurable value to sales, client services, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud.
• Marketing Cloud experience across journeys, campaigns, and automation.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modelling, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product ownership of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Shape and prioritise the Salesforce roadmap with global objectives.
• Convert business needs into scalable platform solutions meeting regulatory requirements.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and client portal and enterprise systems.
• Drive user adoption through training and engagement with business teams.
• Maintain data quality and reporting accuracy for commercial decisions.
• Explore Data Cloud, Einstein AI and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Establish platform standards across regions and teams.
• Contribute to release planning, testing and UAT for reliable delivery.
• Act as Salesforce expert, supporting junior colleagues and administrators.
