Job summary

Massage Heights is seeking a Lead Sales Consultant to support leadership in delivering exceptional guest service and memberships sales. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and motivating front desk staff to achieve goals.

You will work 6-8 hour shifts, with at least 1 weekend shift, and evening, weekend, and holiday coverage as required. A minimum of 1 year in sales and training is required, along with solid computer skills and the ability to foster positive team relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year face-to-face sales or membership sales.
• At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.
• Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training are essential for the success of the Front Desk Team
• Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions, and be diligent in setting an example for your team
• Collaborate with the leadership team to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals
• Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
