Job summary

Bon Secours Health System in Ireland seeks a Chief I Respiratory Physiologist to lead Respiratory and Sleep services at our new Limerick hospital. You will drive clinical excellence, build teams and ensure patient-centered care.

The role requires at least 5 years post-registration experience, proven leadership, and the ability to develop programmes, monitor quality and manage budgets. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to raise standards and maintain accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Manage department with strategic, operational and clinical leadership to deliver patient-centred respiratory service.
• Lead, motivate and manage the Respiratory and Sleep team; optimize staff deployment.
• Develop, implement and evaluate care programmes; set and monitor practice standards.
• Advise on equipment selection and budget planning; monitor resources.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to maintain accreditation and quality improvement.
