INFORM3 are recruiting an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager for a major mixed-use development in Limerick. You will lead on-site delivery, coordinate subcontractors and engineers, and ensure the project runs safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience as Site Manager, Project Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• Strong background in large-scale residential or mixed-use construction projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors, site teams and project programmes.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and building regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple aspects of a project and deliver against deadlines.
• Strong commitment to health and safety and quality standards.

• Oversee day-to-day management and delivery of the project.
• Manage site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, site teams and external consultants.

• Maintain health, safety and quality standards across the site.
• Manage procurement, labour, plant and material requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues as they arise.
• Liaise with clients, design teams and senior management.
• Drive productivity and ensure delivery of project targets.
