Job summary

Build Search seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead major residential developments in the Greater Dublin region, delivering projects ranging from €75m to €250m. You will oversee pre-construction through handover, coordinating engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet time and budget expectations.

The role requires 10+ years in main contractor PM, strong leadership and contract knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across high-profile

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in a project management role within a main contractor environment.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects (€70m+)
• Experience on residential (housing or high density) is highly desirable
• Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-pressure projects on time and within budget
• Relevant Construction/Engineering degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project delivery from pre-construction to handover
• Lead project teams including engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and senior management
• Produce regular reports on progress, risks, and performance metrics
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may impact project delivery
