Job summary

Stewart Construction is seeking a proactive and organised Project Manager to join our growing team. You’ll work with experienced professionals on prestigious commercial, industrial, and educational projects, within a BIM-enabled contractor and across Ireland.

You will lead projects from award to handover, ensuring safety, programme, and budget targets, while coordinating design, procurement and construction and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering or Construction management.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management, preferably with a Main Contractor.
• Experience using project planning software (ASTA or MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the delivery of construction projects from award through to completion, handover and final account.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, milestones and delivery strategies.
• Lead the project team to achieve objectives with professionalism and performance.
• Identify and manage project risks, opportunities, constraints and changes throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Develop strong client relationships and communicate effectively at all stages.
• Lead progress meetings and provide reports on programme, commercial performance, quality, safety and risks.
