Job summary

Inova Group in Ireland is seeking a Team Lead- Product Engineer to spearhead a cross-functional team responsible for developing and revising product specifications, tooling and associated equipment for healthcare packaging projects.

The role involves leading design and development, coordinating with R&D, Quality, Process Engineering, Production and Supply Chain to ensure smooth transfer from development to production, and safeguarding customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership of project teams or technical professionals
• Strong problem solving, decision making and project management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the product development team
• Lead multidisciplinary team and manage performance, workload, and training
• Coordinate design and development of healthcare packaging to meet customer specifications
• Coordinate tooling development, orders and maintenance for dies and printing plates
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Process Engineering, Production and Supply Chain
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, planning and sales to monitor orders
• Review customer complaints and drive appropriate actions for product development
