Job summary

Element Six is recruiting a Process Engineering Manager to lead the site process engineering team and partner with the Engineering Manager on strategic direction. You will drive end-to-end manufacturing improvements and champion structured problem solving.

Responsibilities include leading stable process development, applying FMEAC, mentoring engineers, delivering cost savings and capacity gains, and aligning with the New Product Introduction team. This is an on-site role at our Ireland site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science.
• 7+ years engineering experience, 2+ in a senior role.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma qualification with proven application.

Responsibilities

• Support attainment of key business metrics through engineering for end-to-end manufacturing.
• Develop stable and capable manufacturing processes via structured development.
• Lead the adoption of FMEAC across Process Engineering with coaching.
