Job summary

At Myn, we are seeking a Lead/Principal AI Engineer to shape the next generation of intelligent solutions. You will drive end-to-end AI product lifecycles, from concept to deployment and monitoring, and set high standards for reliability and security.

You will mentor engineers, architect scalable AI systems, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate complex business requirements into robust technical strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML and LLM systems.
• Deep knowledge of agentic frameworks, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration tools.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native AI services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong grasp of MLOps, CI/CD, containerisation, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Ability to lead technical architecture and mentor engineering teams.
• Experience implementing AI governance, observability, and security guardrails.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
