ManpowerGroup Ireland is seeking an AI Technical Lead to drive the delivery of next‑generation AI capabilities for a major enterprise transformation programme in Dublin. You will work at the frontier of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI, blending hands‑on delivery with technical leadership.

You will mentor teams, shape AI strategy, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI capabilities across cloud platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, or related technologies.
• Proven experience delivering LLM-powered applications into production environments.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Experience building Agentic AI systems and multi-step AI workflows.
• Strong software engineering background with excellent Python development skills.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimisation techniques.
• Working knowledge of AI frameworks including: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel.

• Define and drive the AI architecture strategy across enterprise platforms.
• Design and deliver production-ready solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Lead the development of intelligent applications that automate processes, enhance customer experiences, and improve business outcomes.
• Build scalable AI workflows integrating vector databases, APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud services.
• Establish best practices for AI development, prompt engineering, governance, security, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor developers and technical teams on modern AI technologies and responsible AI principles.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies and recommend solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-enabled capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related technologies.
• Proven experience delivering LLM-powered applications into production environments.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Experience building Agentic AI systems and multi-step AI workflows.
• Strong software engineering background with excellent Python development skills.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimisation techniques.
• Working knowledge of AI frameworks including:
• LangChain
• LangGraph
• Semantic Kernel

Technical Expertise

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI/GPT APIs, Claude, Hugging Face, and similar AI platforms.
• Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.
• Understanding of MLOps and AI deployment practices.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.

Leadership Skills

• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and complex projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
