Leap29 is seeking a Principal/Associate Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design for data centre projects in Dublin. You will shape HVAC and critical system solutions for hyperscale and colocation clients, ensuring reliability and energy efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Significant experience delivering mechanical building services design within data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards professional accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design of data centre projects.
• Design HVAC and critical infrastructure to support 24/7 operations.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor developing engineers and contribute to technical leadership.
