Job summary

Eurofins is seeking the Head of Product Management for LIMS/LIS Clinical Diagnostics Europe. This leadership role owns end-to-end lifecycle from strategy to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement for the main LIMS used in Clinical Diagnostics across Europe.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of up to six people, shape the product backlog, collaborate with IT, QA and external partners, ensure governance, value realization, and regulatory compliance across international operations.

Qualifications

• Proven senior product management experience in IT environments.
• Experience with LIMS/LIS or clinical diagnostics is required.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap and value proposition.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize epics and features.
• Lead multidisciplinary team and coordinate with IT, QA and external partners.
• Ensure delivery meets business expectations and regulatory requirements.
