Job summary

The Land Development Agency (LDA) invites applications for a Senior Development Manager to lead large-scale residential development projects across the full lifecycle. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive feasibility and delivery, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve ambitious social and housing outcomes.

Reporting to the Development Lead, you will mentor a team of Development Managers and drive optioneering, budgeting, and governance processes while upholding LDA’s core

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management experience across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver on strategic objectives.
• Track record of leading development projects through multiple lifecycle stages.
