Job summary

ISS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Installation Project Manager for a growing client in Co. Kildare. You will lead installation projects from planning through delivery, ensuring they are safe, on time and within budget while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience in construction, fit-out, installation or engineering, with a full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across Ireland.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ PM experience in construction, fit-out, installation or engineering.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing projects from initiation through to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction project delivery.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site-based activities.
• Experience preparing and managing project plans, schedules, documentation and reporting.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation projects from planning through to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budgets.
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify and manage risks or issues.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants and site teams.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure clear and professional communication throughout each project.
• Coordinate activities across multiple construction sites and live working environments.
• Manage RAMS, site documentation and project compliance requirements.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant Health & Safety legislation and customer requirements.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes, reporting and controls.
