Job summary

InisCare seeks a Health Care Supervisor to lead a team of care assistants, conduct supervision visits, and ensure person-centred care aligned with regulatory standards. The role emphasises leadership, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within a supportive care environment.

You will collaborate with the Care Manager to review and update care plans, onboard new staff, and maintain high service levels across the agency.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Health Care Award or equivalent.
• QQI Level 6 Health Care Award or equivalent.
• Full Clean Driver’s license and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct care supervision visits and risk assessments.
• Onboarding of new customers including detailed Care Plans & risk assessments
• Onboarding of new health care assistants including training and assessments
• Evaluate and monitor the quality of care delivered to customers
• Prepare, review and update customers’ care plans in collaboration with the Care Manager
• React promptly to issues and support resolution
