INFORM3 currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial fit-out project in Dublin City Centre for an established fit-out contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with strong commercial interiors experience to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Site Manager Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring works progress in line with the construction programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality control and finishing.
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and relevant building regulations.
• Implement and maintain strict health and safety standards on site.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, design team, consultants and client representatives.
• Monitor materials, deliveries and labour requirements to ensure efficient site operations.
• Carry out regular site inspections, snagging and quality checks.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and relevant documentation.
• Oversee the project through to completion and final handover.

Site Manager Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, refurbishment and finishing works.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Ability to manage programmes and deliver projects to tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of construction health and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Relevant construction qualifications.
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
