Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Lead Fire Engineer / Business Growth Lead to own and grow a new fire safety business. The role focuses on strategic development, market entry, and proactive client acquisition with backing from two parent companies.

You will identify major fire safety projects, build key partnerships, and represent the firm at events and meetings. This position offers flexible home/office arrangements and nationwide travel to support growth in Ireland and the UK.

Lead Fire Engineer / Business Growth Lead

Location – Flexible

I am working with a growing company seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Fire Engineer to lead and grow the business. My client formed as a joint venture between two engineering consutlancies and is a one-stop shop for fire safety solutions, covering fire defect remediation across apartments, data centres, old buildings, fire safety certifications and more.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to take ownership of a growing business, drive new client acquisition and shape this company’s expansion, including into the UK market. You will have full support from the two parent companies and the directors, while enjoying a flexible, nationwide working arrangement.

Duties:

• Lead and grow the company, taking ownership of business development and market strategy.
• Identify and secure new fire safety projects across residential, commercial and industrial sectors, including the UK.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, clients and industry partners.
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and in networking opportunities.

Salary / Benefits:

• Competitive salary: €80,000–€100,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
