Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Services in Cork, Ireland, is recruiting for a Lead Financial Analyst Osprey/SC FP&A based in Cork. This 18–24 month project role supports the DPS separation and provides financial leadership to the SC Finance team.

You will lead one-time cost governance, headcount governance, build new consolidation processes, and develop management reporting capabilities across the supply chain, while partnering with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant business experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Osprey cost governance and reporting with focus on timely information.
• Support headcount governance and reporting.
• Build revised consolidation processes for SC Finance to meet DPS reporting requirements.
• Develop new management reporting capabilities for supply chain finance.
• Support implementation of new systems and tools within supply chain finance.
• Provide ad hoc project support as required.
