Job summary

You will prepare accurate estimates and tender submissions, take-off quantities, analyse subcontractor quotations, identify risks and value options, and work with pre-construction and commercial teams before handing tenders to delivery. Salary €85,000 - €105,000.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating for a main contractor.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Experience pricing residential, commercial or public sector projects.
• Proficient with estimating software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and tender submissions for building projects.
• Take-off quantities and price Bills of Quantities and specs.
• Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering options.
• Collaborate with pre-construction and commercial teams on tender strategy.
• Hand over successful tenders to the delivery team.
