Job summary

Workhuman is seeking a leader to scale AI from isolated use cases into a coherent enterprise capability. You will own the standards, roadmap and enablement model for GPTs, Skills, Agents and reusable AI services, making it easier for business domains to build effective solutions on shared patterns while retaining ownership.

This hybrid Dublin role requires at least three days per week onsite, collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, AI Platform Engineering, Security and Data teams to ensure
