Job summary

CAE in Shannon, Ireland, is recruiting a Team Leader for Engine Management Services. The role oversees the Engine Management Services team in a dynamic aviation environment, coordinating projects and customer-facing activities. The position supports hybrid work with some office presence and travel as needed.

You will drive project execution, develop team capabilities, and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of aviation industry experience.
• Experience leading engine management projects and technical services in aviation.
• Advanced knowledge of aviation regulations and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management of the Engine Management Services team.
• Coach and mentor team members and support career development.
• Coordinate workload, resources, and leave planning; ensure delivery within scope, cost, and timeline.
• Collaborate with Business Development to support customer retention and growth.
• Report to operations leadership and help develop departmental capabilities.
