Job summary

ControlSoft Automation Systems Ltd is seeking an Electrical Panel Build Engineer to lead the electrical control panel build process for automation systems in Dundalk, Ireland. The role focuses on designing, detailing, and delivering best-in-class electrical panels across a range of industries.

Responsibilities include 2D/3D electrical design, component sourcing, and customer/supplier liaison. A Level 6 Electrical Trades Certificate or equivalent PLC panel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Level 6 Electrical Trades Certificate required or highly desirable.
• PLC/MCC panel building experience essential.
• Familiarity with controls, motors, drives and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build/development of electrical control panel solutions for automation systems.
• Detail electrical schematics and build processes.
• Execute 2D & 3D electrical designs for automation projects.
• Source electrical components for designs.
• Create test plans and documentation for electrical designs.
• Assist in electrical debugging of systems.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers.
• Meet project delivery deadlines.
