Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction/civil engineering.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale commercial, residential, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, contracts and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a major construction project in Leopardstown.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor project performance, commercial targets and key project milestones.
• Drive effective communication across all project teams and provide regular reporting to senior management.
